TIBS

We recently partnered with TIB Services, a company providing caretakers, site support, and maintenance services to schools and care homes across the UK. Over three days, we filmed interviews with caretakers in the schools where they work, capturing their experiences and impact. We also visited TIBS’ Oakham office to film interviews with the office team. Alongside this, we shot extensive B-roll footage and supporting still photography.

TIB Services supplies both agency and permanent site staff, ensuring schools have reliable, DBS-checked personnel. They recruit from diverse backgrounds, including emergency services and trades, bringing strong problem-solving and communication skills to school environments. Our work highlighted their commitment to keeping schools safe, functional, and well-maintained.
